Our Products
Syntech Specialty Lubricants
Fluid Solutions, Inc., in partnership with our Lubrication Consultant in the U.K., has developed a full-range of oils and greases that meet the Food Grade Certifications of NSF, as well as comply with the MOSH / MOAH / POSH restrictions of the E.U. The use of these lubricants has significantly reduced the MOSH / MOAH/ POSH levels of our customers’ products, generating significant growth in their business to the EU.
Chain Oils
Chain Lubrication is an oft-neglected activity by most maintenance programs, resulting in shorter chain life, high replacement costs, downtime, as well as the rough, jerky movement of the chains. The right Chain Oil can,
- Reduce friction and wear even inside the rollers, pins and bushings
- Eliminate oil contamination, reducing rejected output and lessening the environmental impact
- Provide rust and corrosion protection
- Reduce energy costs
- Resist the formation of solids (carbonization) even at high temperatures
Air Compressor Oils
Since compressed air is the life-blood of most manufacturing industries, the correct selection of an Air Compressor Oil is paramount to ensure trouble-free, non- stop operations. Fluid Solutions, Inc.’s full range of Air Compressor Oils provide lubrication for both rotary (Screw) type compressors, as well as reciprocating (piston) type compressors.
All recommended Air Compressor Oils in our portfolio meet or exceed the standards set forth by the OEM’s.
Refrigeration Oils
Through the years, Nyfrost has proven to be an excellent choice for compressor lubrication running on Ammonia, due to the qualities exhibited by its wax-free Napthenic base- stock. Compared to the normal paraffinic-based refrigeration oils commonly found in the market, Nyfrost simply outperforms.
Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluids
Certain applications require not only lubricating performance at high pressures and temperatures, but also Fire-Resistance. For processes involving hot metals, such as with foundries, non-ferrous die-casting, steel mills, and hot forging, the use of Fire-Resistance Hydraulic Fluids provide a very high level of safety.
Transformer Oils
Our Nynas range of transformer oils are wholly based on Napthenic base stocks, exhibiting properties that out- perform paraffinic base oils. Napthenic bases, used as transformer oils, provide excellent insulating properties, premium protection for the transformer paper, better cooling capability, and a strong resistance to oxidation and sludging.
Synthetic Gear Oils
The demand for better Gear Oils has become more important as modern technology introduces gearboxes that require less oil volume, faster lubricant circulation times, and higher load carrying capabilities. Gear Oils therefore, need to,
- Reduce Friction and Wear despite higher loads and boundary lubricating conditions
- Withstand shock loads
- Resist oxidation tendencies in order to prolong service life
Our portfolio for Gear Lubrication presents a full-range for both enclosed gearboxes and open gear drives.
Glass Making Lubrication
Fluid Solutions, Inc.’s partner for glass process lubrication, Condat of France, has over 30 year experience in formulating and developing Swab Mold lubricants for all types of glass bottles.

Fire-Resistant – Water-Glycol Solution
Petrofer’s Ultra-Safe 620 provides virtual total safety from accidental fires due to its outstanding fire-resistance in all hydraulic equipment operating in an environment of molten metal. It also provides a long fluid life due to its resistance to oxidation compared to mineral oils. Moreover, Ultra-Safe 620 possesses excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties.
Note – please use Ultra-Safe 620 in systems not exceeding 250 bar and 60°C operating temperatures.
Fire-Resistant – HFDU Polyolesters (Syntethic)
Quaker Quintolubric 888 – 46 and 68 are designed to replace anti-wear type mineral oils in applications where Fire Hazards are present. It is also frequently used as an alternative to Water-Glycol HFC fluids, when wear resistance & lubrication is desired, and when superior anti- rust capability is required. The product does not contain any mineral oil, phosphate esters nor water. Field experience has proven that Quintolubric 888-46, when properly maintained, can last up to five (5) years with optimum performance.

Polyalphaolefin – Based (PAO) Syngear 7000 Series
Our Syngear 7000 series of synthetic PAO gear oils provide a higher performance level as compared to mineral oil – based fluids. It exhibits friction and wear protection even at elevated temperatures, and can withstand a significantly higher load condition, as exhibited by its 250 kg weld load rating on a 4-ball wear test. Furthermore, PAO’s being of higher oxidation resistance, can extend gear oil service intervals.
Polyglycol- Based (PG) Syngear PG Range
The Syngear PG range of gear oils are formulated using high-quality Poly-Alkene Glycols, which provide low coefficients of friction necessary for the sliding friction conditions, as typically found on worm gear drives. The additive package in Syngear PG further ensures maximum compatibility with yellow and soft metals, as well as resistance to oxidation and carbonization. This range is also applicable for oil-lubricated systems for roller and ball bearings.
