CEBU CITY — Fluid Solutions joined the 72nd PHILSUTECH Annual National Convention for the third consecutive year, held from August 17 to 21, 2026, at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino in Lahug, Cebu City. By returning to PHILSUTECH, Fluid Solutions continues to build relationships with sugar mills, technical professionals, and industry partners while staying connected to the needs and challenges of the Philippine sugar industry.

Organized by the Philippine Sugar Technologists (PHILSUTECH) Association, this year’s convention carried the theme “Bridging Challenges into Opportunities: Driving Innovation and Strategic Transformation.” The event gathered around 100 exhibitors showcasing agricultural and industrial technologies for the sugar milling industry.

For its third consecutive year, Fluid Solutions continued to showcase ATAGO’s cutting-edge instruments essential to the sugar industry, including polarimeters and refractometers. These instruments are relied upon for measuring sugar concentration and purity throughout the milling and refining process.
This year also marked a notable first for Fluid Solutions, the introduction of Fives’ process instruments, particularly the Brix probe. The Brix probe supports real-time, in-line Brix monitoring, helping sugar mills maintain consistency and efficiency across production.
Complementing these offerings, Fluid Solutions once again presented its portfolio of food-grade oils and greases formulated for the sugar milling industry. These products are designed to support the demanding conditions typical of sugar mill machinery.

The session gave attendees a closer look at the technology behind these instruments and an opportunity to ask questions directly from a certified expert.
